Methods and results
We were quickly able to identify the problem as a confounding background effect which did not allow a true evaluation of the products’ performance. Following extra method development and using additional techniques we were able to largely remove this effect and demonstrate good antiviral performance of the surface.
Conclusion
By taking the time to think about the test method and what the results really mean, we were able to add immense value to our customers product which they were very pleased with.
